After a severe summer storm passed through the region, the owners of Bayview Commercial Centre were concerned about possible damage to their building. Using an advanced inspection drone equipped with a high-resolution camera and thermal imaging technology, our team carried out a full aerial inspection of the building. The drone quickly surveyed the roof, gutters, façade, and solar panels, identifying several areas where flashing had lifted and moisture had begun to penetrate the roof structure.

The thermal inspection also revealed two sections where water had entered beneath the roofing sheets, something that would have been difficult to detect from a normal visual inspection.
